In the initial space planning stages of the design we will work with you to ensure the cellars, storerooms, kitchens, furniture stores, bin stores, staff welfare etc are considered and adequate for the scale of the operation. From a design perspective, we will help to make sure the venue can ’breathe’ behind the scenes

Design Specification / Drawing Package & Procurement Assistance

Your front of house areas will be warm, welcoming, comfortable and exciting. We work with suppliers to keep on top of our product knowledge. From the latest flooring materials, fabrics, wall finishes, furniture and lighting products

We specify all visual aspects within the scheme, which are detailed in our extensive working drawing packages and specification documents

Contractors and suppliers will be clear of their roles to enable you to acquire fair and accurate quotes at the outset

The Pretty Picture

Our in-house visualisers develop our designs, producing real-time photorealistic CGI models for visuals and walk-through demonstrations of how your space will appear to the public once completed

CGI’s are a tremendous tool to allow everyone from client to contractor to truly understand the design proposals. They’re a great marketing tool, offering the opportunity to really sell a concept before works commence on site

On Site Assistance

We will attend site meetings during the programme of works. We will assist with all design matters and have input on operations where invited. We will ensure that contractors have the information they require to progress the scheme, reacting to RFI’s promptly and clearly to ensure the programme is not affected. We will produce a Designers Risk Assessment for the Health & Safety files
